Hi, I'm Vicki

For 20 years, I worked for HMRC, building a career centred around organisation, problem solving and helping people navigate challenges.

Then, in 2020, redundancy gave me the opportunity to take a completely different path.

In February 2021, I launched Vicki Admin Fairy® with one client, a laptop and a determination to make a difference. I had no grand business plan and no idea where the journey would lead. I simply wanted to help busy business owners who were struggling to keep on top of the day to day administration that comes with running a business.

What began as a small business supporting local clients has grown into an award winning business working with entrepreneurs and small business owners across the UK.

One of the things I enjoy most is becoming part of my clients' journey. Whether I'm helping them organise their systems, manage their workload or simply free up more time in their week, I love seeing the positive impact that practical support can have on a business.

Over the years, opportunities I never expected have come my way. I've become an author, speaker, mentor and advocate for small business owners, sharing my experiences and helping others build confidence in their own journey.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: running a business shouldn't feel overwhelming.

My goal has always been to help people feel more organised, more confident and more in control, so they can focus on the parts of their business they enjoy most.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband Stephen, enjoying UK holidays with Stephen and our dogs Pudding and Pippin, cross stitching, writing, and watching rugby union and rugby league.

I also enjoy supporting projects that make a positive difference in the community.
