Why my clients have to sign a Service Agreement?
When you become a client of Vicki Admin Fairy you will be asked to sign a Service Agreement.
This may seem very formal and unnecessary to you.
But think about it this way. When you have someone do work on your home, take your child to a nursery or join a gym, you have to sign something to make sure that there is an mutual understanding between all parties of what is required from everyone.
By having a signed service agreement in place, if there are any misunderstandings in the future then we have the Service Agreement to refer back to, which we have both signed. Neither of us can claim that we didn’t know what was going on.
Service Agreements are important for Virtual Assistants because:
- Working without one will invalidate my insurance.
- They’re evidence that you have read and understood your terms and conditions of the service I will be providing for you.
- They show that I am professional in my work, and that work to a high standard.
- There’s no confusion as to what is expected of both parties regarding payment and timelines.
Having me as your Virtual Assistant will not only give you your free time back but you will have the reassurance and peace of mind that your business and more importantly your confidential business information is in very safe hands.
As a Virtual Assistant I hold lots of confidential information for my clients. Be assured that this information will stay within Vicki Admin Fairy.
I am an Accredited member of the Association of Professional Virtual Assistant, to obtain this accreditation I have to meet certain standards.
I am also fully insured for public liability and cyber/data insurance, I am also registered with the ICO, Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/)
